When you add a video you may see two options, Embed or Upload, we recommend that you use Embed to add a link to your video, it's usually faster and easier and there is no file size limit. Embed currently works for YouTube, Vimeo and Facebook links.

If you don't want your video to go viral on social media, we recommend uploading to YouTube and selecting "Unlisted" in the Visibility setting of the upload option, which will make your video only available for link sharing. Please refer to the following：

Step 1: Open YouTube and click on the circled icon.

Step 2: Click on the blue button in the new pop-up window.

Step 3: Follow the prompts to upload and select "Unlisted" in the last step, click on the blue button in the lower right corner after confirming.

Step 4: Go to this video and click the "Share" button in the red circle. Copy the link in the pop-up dialogue box and paste it into the Embed window for this forum.
